It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Lee Villeneuve of Deer River, Minnesota, who passed away on April 20, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John, Sr. Villeneuve and Helen Villeneuve (Hulbert); his former wife Crystal Liesmaki; his daughter Pauline Villeneuve; his sister Sande Villeneuve; his grandchildren, Izaak Villeneuve-Soule and Brady Villeneuve; and his great grandchild Ace Villeneuve Hronoski.
He is survived by: his daughters, Regina Villeneuve-Soule (Mike Soule) and Michelle Villeneuve (Glen Benson); his siblings, Diane Pietila (Ron), Jim Villeneuve (Margie) and Randy Villeneuve; his grandchildren, Landen Villeneuve, Tattum Villeneuve, Samuel, Simon, Eian Villeneuve-Soule and Alexis Pierce; and his great grandchildren, Kaiden, Mason, Kimber and Jaxton Villeneuve. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
