She was predeceased by: her parents, David Forsythe and Mary Forsythe (Vanzant); her husband Lionel Dugas; her former husband Lenard Peterson; her daughter Janice Lehn; and her granddaughter Angela Dugas Owen.
She is survived by: her children, Leo Dugas (Anita), Randy Dugas (Kay) and Julie Cochrane (Layne); her son-in-law Randy Lehn; her stepdaughter Faye Thompson (Bob); and her brothers, Freeman Forsythe and Gerald Forsythe. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, and great-grand-children, nieces, nephews, and friends.
