It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clarence Holmes of Deer River, Minnesota, who passed away on January 25, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Flanigan and Irene Flanigan; his wife Margaret Ondrey; his grandson Eric Holmes; his brother Harold Holmes; and his stepsister Thelma Berry.
He is survived by: his children, Lenitta Hallam (Ernest) of Deer River, MN and Donald Holmes (Kathy) of Grand Rapids, MN; his sister Martha Niggamen of Streator, IL; and his sisters-in-law, Marilyn Holmes of Streator, IL and Martha Roach of Streator, IL. He is also survived by four grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; eight great-great grandchildren; one great-great-great grandchild; and many nieces and nephews.
