She was predeceased by: her parents, John Johnson and Edna Johnson; her husband Joe; her siblings, Edward Johnson, John Johnson, Leonard Johnson and Della Johnson; and her sons-in-law, James Benson and David Miller.
She is survived by: her former husband Joseph Giffen; her sister Bernice Heinrich; and her children, Bob Giffen (Maureen), Doreen Benson, Ralph Giffen (Nancy), Diane Murphy (Robert), Doris Miller, Renee Myrick (Paul) and Ronald Giffen (Kristi). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
