She was predeceased by: her parents, Esther Elsie Riemer (Buchholz) and Richard Riemer; her parents-in-law, Ed and Elsie Kovar; and her sister-in-law Cleone Riemer.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph Kovar; her children, Joseph Kovar Jr., Kelly Leaderbrand (Wayne), Kristy Bendlen (Tom), Jeff Kovar (Beth Kirchenwitz Cline), Jason Kovar (LaRae) and James Kovar (Krista); and her siblings, Richard "Bud" Riemer (Pauline), Jean Kassube (Don), Carol Guse (Jim) and Randy Riemer (Deb). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
