James Truax Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Truax of Deer Creek, Minnesota, who passed away on January 2, 2024 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Truax and Emma Truax (Branstner); his son Steve Truax (Sandy); his parents-in-law, Ernest and Elsie Wardien; his grandchildren, Angie Blevins and Trevor Blevins; his siblings, Lawrence, Helen Greenwaldt and Earl; and his sister-in-law Florance.
He is survived by: his daughter Joyce Wohlwend (Scott); his wife Darlene Wardien; his children, Pam Blevins (Steve), Greg Truax (Kathy), Tim Truax (Lu Anne) and Gail Hubble (Monty); his daughter-in-law Sandy Truax; his sister Shirley Bendix (Harris); and his sister-in-law Maxine Truax. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
Memorials are preferred to the Trinity Lutheran Memorial Fund or the Deer Creek Museum.
