It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darlene Birch of Deer Creek, Minnesota, born in Claremont, Minnesota, who passed away on March 20, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Schmidt and Hedwig Schmidt (Semmann); her husband Donald Birch; her siblings, Val, Lou and Rownell; and her sister-in-law Eva Jean.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela, Patty Winkels (Rich), Lynn, James and Larry (Joni); her brother Helmuth; her brother-in-law Ted Birch; her grandchildren, Shannon Guck (Peter), Mathias, Ben and Heather Kephart (Ryan); and her great grandchildren, Addy, Lizzy, Ceci, Emma, Gracelynn, Samuel and Wyatt. She is also survived by her family and friends.
