He is survived by: his parents, Scott Thomas Allen (Gala) and Jill Doreen Lehse; his wife Stevie Allen; his siblings, Tiffany Meyer (Joshua), Jacquelyn Rose Allen, Cody Allen (Kayla) and Colton Allen; and his grandparents, Bob and Kathy Allen. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
