He is survived by: his wife Jayne Clark; his parents, Keith Clark and Janice Clark; his children, Larisa Miltenberger (Bob) and Adam Clark (Jun); his grandson Ford Miltenberger; and his siblings, Laurie Morgan (Mike), Terri Flemmer (Drake) and Brian Clark (Renae). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, uncles and aunts.
