He was predeceased by: his wife Ann Spillane (Elva); his son Sean; and his brother Bud (Geraldine). He is survived by: his brother Joe (Judy); and his daughter-in-law Debra Kopischke Spillane. He is also survived by many friends, nieces, and nephews.
Memorials preferred in lieu of flowers to School of Nursing Foundation at the University of Minnesota or The Salvation Army would be appreciated.
