He is survived by: his parents, Shelley Kotovic and Charles Kotovic; his wife Nancy Hughes Kotovic; his children, Elizabeth Hughes Kotovic and John Frederick Kotovic; his siblings, Christa Banholzer (Scot), Charlie Kotovic (Kathryn), Barbie Sprinkman and Annie Huber; his parents-in-law, Anne and John Hughes; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Scheid (Chris) and Pat Hughes (Chrisy). He is also survived by his 16 nieces and nephews from both sides of his family.
