He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary Jane Wheaton; his sons, Mark Wheaton (Gina), John Wheaton (Erin) and David Wheaton (Brodie); his grandchildren, JP, Daniel, Benjamin, Rachel, William, Winston and Tommy; his parents, Carlos Frederick and Berenice Mildred Wheaton; and his brothers, Warde and Russell Wheaton.
