He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Amundson and Rhoda Amundson (Quenemoen); his wife Arlys; his son Jeffery; and his sister Lorraine Swain (Willard).
He is survived by: his children, James Amundson (Lizbeth), Brian Amundson, Jane Hayes (John), Janet Morkrid (Russell), Mark Amundson and Robert Amundson (Terri). He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren.
