He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Beattie and Murriel Beattie (Shaffer); his former wife Melody Beattie; his sisters, Karen Nederhoff and Shelby; and his brother-in-law Dave Borstad.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Martin; his children, Shannon Beattie (Kelly) and Shellene Beattie; his siblings, Marsha Schutte (Mark), Dawson and Kim Beattie Bellingham (Grace); and his brother-in-law Gary Nederhoff. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Calvary Baptist Church (804 8th St, Madison, MN 56256). A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
