It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger Fjerkenstad of Dawson, Minnesota, who passed away on April 28, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Palmer Fjerkenstad and Lucille Fjerkenstad; his stepfather Amos Bjerstedt; and his sister Eleanor Weber. He is survived by: his children, Carla Estling (David), Dawson, Anita Borg (Ronnie), Gail Hanson (Allen) and Mary Olson (Greg Brown); his grandchildren, Courtney Hanson (Troy), Jason Estling (Tracy), Ethan Borg, Kaya Borg, Adam Hanson (Eva), Joshua Hanson (Leah), Seth Hanson, Aric Olson, Kelsey Olson and Lindsey Olson; his great grandchildren, Claire, Carlee, Rylee Hanson, Bryce, Bryant Estling, Ella, Andrew, Eden Hanson, Audrey, Avery, Adelynn Hanson, Braxton, Kylen and Graham Olson; his sisters-in-law, Margaret Kruger and Lorna Kruger; and his sister Diane Seefeld (Roger). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
