It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Twete of Dawson, Minnesota, born in Sisseton, South Dakota, who passed away on December 13, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Allie Twete and Alby Twete (Nater); his parents-in-law, Burdell and Edna Bergeson; and his son Derek Twete.
He is survived by: his former spouse Shirley Byre; his wife Betty Bergeson; his sisters, Karen Crawford and Rose Twete; his children, Renelle (Kenny Enevoldsen), Stephanie (Al Simonson) and Darin Twete (Millissia Tomlinson); his grandchildren, Ali (Matt Almquist), Zac Enevoldsen (Tasha Smith), Emmy Enevoldsen (Keiser Freetly), Molly (Dan Erickson) and Elsie Simonson (Nick Risacher); his great grandchildren, Jasmine, Talia, Charlotte, Walker and Oden; his stepson Greg Darbo; and his stepgrandchildren, Forest, Hunter, Stone and Tanner. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, extended relatives, and of course, many friends.
