It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Myrna Irene Ruth of Dawson, Minnesota, who passed away on June 13, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Hoium and Martha Hoium (Croymans); her husband Bud (Gerald); her son Todd; and her siblings, Leslie, David, Dale Hoium, Lois Nitz, Louise Knock and Ruth Struck.
She is survived by: her children, Robin Kamphenkel (Jim) of Sauk Centre, MN, Jeri Ruth (Kim) of Marietta, MN and Shelly Schafer (Eugene) of Revillo, SD; and her siblings, Leila Kruse of Marietta, Martha Ruth (Wayne) of Long Prairie, Edward Hoium (Marlyce) of Madison and Bruce Hoium (Coleen) of Madison. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren.
