He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Bolstad and Marion Bolstad (Starr); his wife Dorothy; and his granddaughter Everly Bolstad. He is survived by: his children, Bruce of Dawson, MN, Jeff (Mary Jo) of Brookings, SD, Marcia Akhter (Asif) of Ham Lake, MN, James of Colorado Springs, CO and Michael (Janelle) of Ocean Springs, MS; and his grandchildren, Saeed Akhter (Julie), Laila Akhter (Mohamed Asif), Tanya Harris (Nelson), Justin, Amber Bolstad, Jason Bolstad (Heather) and Alyssa Steele (Austin). He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren; and extended family.
