He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Mogard and Velma Mogard (Shaw); his brothers, Virgil and Gordy; and his nephews, Joey Perkins, Eric Putzier, Troy Mogard and Ricky Mogard.
He is survived by: his wife Loretta Liebl; and his siblings, Marcela Peterson (Pete), Cliff Mogard (Jeanne), Nancy Haukos, Dennis Mogard, Cheryl Putzier (Gene), Glenice Augeson (Wally), Ron Mogard (Cindy) and Sandy Mogard (Kenny Perkins). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
