It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brenda Sumner of Dawson, Minnesota, born in Canby, Minnesota, who passed away on September 17, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Paul and Jean Paul (Thompson); her parents-in-law, Clarence Hove, Phyllis Sumner and Emily Sumner; her brother Steve Paul; and her goddaughter Holly.
She is survived by: her husband Harlowe Sumner; her daughters, Kristy Schaner (Jeff) of Mandan, ND, Jessica Ziebarth (Travis) of Ray, ND, Andrea Sumner (Chris) of Washburn, ND, Samantha Mork (Isaac) of Bellingham, MN and Alexandra Sumner (Justin) of Dawson, MN; her grandchildren, Terra Berger (Devin), Jeffrey Schaner, Tonya Schaner, Kyle Schaner (Angie), Kayla Williams (Ian), Scott Ziebarth (Callie), Allison Ziebarth, Rachel Pfleiger, Mathew Pfleiger, Garrett Pfleiger, Easton Mork, Zachary Mork, Claire Mork and Logan Sumner; her great grandchildren, Jett, Austin, Jacob, Ethan, Liam, Kaleigh, Everhett, Piper and Everly; her siblings, Allen Paul (Janice) of Marshall, MN, Tab Paul (Diane) of Foreston, MN, Sharon (Gil) and Kim Barck (Jeremy) of Marshall, MN; and her sister-in-law Deb Paul. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
