Thomas Curtis Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 4, 2021, at the age of 70, Thomas Curtis of Dassel, Minnesota, born in Slayton, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Curtis and Mary Curtis (West); his brother Daniel Curtis; and his brothers-in-law, Bob Reiter and Ken Surprenant.

He is survived by: his wife Candyce Thraen of Dassel; his daughters, Jennifer Curtis of Slayton, Megan Erickson (Bryan) of Cokato and Danielle Curtis of Excelsior; his grandchildren, Austin Onken (Chelsea), Alyssa Hotzler (Ben), Dylan Erickson and Riley Erickson; his great grandchildren, Linnea Onken, Lian Onken and Silas Hotzler; and his siblings, Mary Jo Surprenant, Colleen Reiter, Mike Curtis, Pat Donaldson (Mark) and Kathleen Blesener (Charlie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to the American Lung Association or Happy Tails Animal Rescue.
