He was predeceased by: his parents, Josephine Mills (Huizinga) and Floyd Mills; and his siblings, Floyd Mills, Jr. and Lorna Hayden. He is survived by: his sons, Robert (Marlene), John Bradley "Brad" (Rita) and Richard (Julie); his grandchildren, JoAnn Knutson (Dave), Darin Mills, Chris Creagh, Anne Hanson, Mike, Matt, Greg Mills, Travis and Ryan Knutson; and his great grandchildren, Elsa, Lewis, Claire, Mathew, Andrew, Eren, Zach, Evan, Maddie, A. J., Alex and Henry.
