He was predeceased by: his parents, Helmer Engelson and Jane Engelson (Hawkinson); and his brother Douglas Engelson. He is survived by: his wife Arlyss Engelson of Cokato; his stepchildren, Trisha Harju (Carl) of Cokato, Pat Lind (Bridget Anderson) of Litchfield and Paul Barden (Katie) of Winsted; his grandchildren, Will Saul, Matt Saul, Ryan Kisor, Ben Kisor, Andy Kisor, Jeremy Kisor, Kenzie Hanson, Hailey Lind, Bailey Hoese, Jena Barden, Bella Barden and Nolan Barden; his great grandchildren, Henry Saul, Lucy Saul, Emma Saul, Blake Saul, Kroy Saul, Winnie Kisor, Malachi Kisor, River Hanson, Jolene Hanson, Dawson Hoese and Johnny Hoese; his sister-in-law Margaret Engelson of Litchfield; his niece Alesia Warner; and his nephews, Matt, Eric and Tom Engelson.
A memorial service was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Evangelical Covenant Church (251 Lake St, Dassel, MN 55325).
