He was predeceased by: his wife Rose A. O'Fallon (Freeman); his parents, Gerald O'Fallon and Gertrude O'Fallon (Kisling); his brothers, Daniel O'Fallon, Richard O'Fallon (Ann), Thomas O'Fallon (Marlys), Robert O'Fallon and Gerald O'Fallon (Rose); and his daughter Kathryn Koelzer (Kirk) of California.
He is survived by: his children, Michael O'Fallon (Stacy) of Eden Prairie, Patricia O'Fallon of California and Mary Lindemann (Bill) of California; and his sisters-in-law, Patricia O'Fallon of Paynesville, Dolores Hogberg of Annandale and Sandra Freeman of Dassel. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
