He was predeceased by: his parents, Oswald Koivisto and Lempi Koivisto (Aho); and his brother Philip. He is survived by: his former wife Sandra Torola; his wife Sandy; his children, Shari Randell (Mark), Leanne Peterson (Cory), Amy Isaacson (Kevin), Tim (Trista), Laura Kangas, Davin Kangas, Mike (Shana), Dan (Lynne), Chrissy Salmen (Brett), Steven (Jennie), Ryan (Paige) and Mary; his siblings, Virginia Huotari (Wendell), James, Paul (Ruth), Mark (Paula), Dave (Josie), Maria Jarvie (Mark), John and Karen; and his parents-in-law, Robert and Lorraine Torola. He is also survived by numerous other relatives, friends, and brothers and sisters.
