He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, DuWayne Lenzen and Ken Norman; and his uncle Todd Lenzen. He is survived by: his parents, Johanna Sleeper (Brian) and Troy Lenzen (Audrie); his children, Joshua, Ashton and Lorelai Lenzen; his siblings, Anthony Lenzen (Kendra), Alec Lenzen, Carson Gutknecht and Cali Gutknecht; his nieces, Autumn and Mia Lenzen; and his grandmothers, Evonne Lenzen and Diana Norman. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins, relatives, and friends.

In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred.
