It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gayle West of Darwin, Minnesota, who passed away on November 18, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Robert McWhirter of Doniphan; and her in-laws, Arthur and Marie West (Martens) of Darwin, MN.. She is survived by: her mother Darlene McWhirter (Arnold) of Grand Island, NE; her husband Alan West of Darwin, MN; her children, Megan Yates (Jason) of Hutchinson, MN and Abel West (Kara) of Darwin, MN; her grandchildren, Levi Yates, Stella Yates of Hutchinson, MN and Avry West of Darwin, MN; and her siblings, Dan McWhirter (Carol) of Doniphan, NE, Julie Brown (Mark) of Maitland, FL, Kim Bartlett (Tim) of Vincennes, IN and Robyn Tarrant (Steve) of Bradenton, FL. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and brothers and sisters in-law.
