He is survived by: his former spouse Shirley Joecks; his children, Dean William, Curtis Michael (Kim), Kimberly Arianna and Karla Davis (Larry); his grandchildren, Cassandra, Chloe, Devin, Alecia (Travis), Austin, Abigail (Josh), Hunter, Arianna, Gabrielle, Kayla and David; his great grandchildren, Coraline, Raylynn and Payton; and his brothers, Gerald Slater (Mary Pat) and Randal Slater (Patricia). He is also survived by Many other relatives and friends.
