He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Hanson and Sharon Hanson; and his sister Dixie Hanson. He is survived by: his children, Zada and Gavin; his wife Melanie; and his sisters-in-law, Michelle Simonson (Chad), Mardelle Buechler (Barry), Stephanie Striegel (Sam) and Jacque Mathiason. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
