It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lorraine Hoffman of Darfur, Minnesota, who passed away on February 10, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Grace Anacker (Johnson) and Albert Anacker; and her husband Marvin Hoffman. She is survived by: her daughter Shirley; her father-in-law Fred Zimmerman; her children, Lorraine, Larry Hoffman (Peggy) of Northfield and Lisa Krahn (Kevin) of Mountain Lake; her granddaughters, Jessica Hoffman of Eagan, Heather Hoffman of Eagan, Stacie Schwab (Patrick) of Largo, FL and Megan Hutchens (Jeremy) of Lake Crystal; her great grandchildren, MacKenzie, Malia Schwab of Largo, FL and Walter Hutchens of Lake Crystal; her sisters, Shirley Green (Richard) of Mountain Lake, Lucy Nelson (Roger) of Waseca and Sharon Galles (Glen) of German Valley, IL; her sister-in-law Mary Zimmerman of St. James; her brother Wayne Zimmerman of St. James; and her siblings-in-law, Myrna Jean and Obert Blackstad of St. James. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Covid guidelines will be followed at the service and burial, face coverings and social distancing required.
Lorraine enjoyed a full life and lived with Parkinson's Disease for over 10 years.
