He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Sopkowiak (Mike) of Maple Lake, MN and Timothy Schroeder (Susan) of Jasper, GA; his grandchildren, Kelsie Kluender (Wesly) of St. Peter, MN, Andrew Halvorsen (Kate) of Chicago, IL, Dr. Rachel Thomas (Logan) of Jasper and Cora Haggerty (Austin) of Hernando, FL; his great grandchildren, Aurelia Kluender and Charlotte Haggerty; and his brother Maurice Schroeder (Harriet) of Parkers Prairie.
