She was predeceased by: her parents, Agnes Maurice (Clark) and Frank Maurice; her husband James Philip Malecek; her son James; and her siblings, Elsie, Tim, Henry, Lila and Ruby Maurice.
She is survived by: her sons, Norm (Sharon) and Stan (Sue); her daughter-in-law Marilyn Malecek; and her grandchildren, Jamie Malecek (Jennifer), Mike, Jon (Megan), Tanya Hanson (Chad), Eric (Holly), Kateri (Bob), Krista (Rich) and Amanda (Brandon). She is also survived by 17 Great-Grandchildren & six great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 5th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cross of Calvary Lutheran Church (1103 Chestnut Ave, Olivia, MN 56277). A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials are preferred to the Olivia Cemetery Association.
