He was predeceased by: his parents, Oren Hoeper and Evelyn Hoeper (Hoefer); his brothers, Jeffery and Michael Hoeper; and his nephew Thomas Rasmusson.
He is survived by: his wife Dixie Ehrich of Dalton; his children, Sonja Stramer (Steven) of Erhard, Rick Hoeper Jr. (Annie) of Underwood, Robyn Hoeper of Underwood, Shonna Gnahn (Jared) of Pelican Rapids and Oren Hoeper (Brooke) of Parkers Prairie; his siblings, Henry Hoeper, Tony Hoeper (Glenna), Kevin Hoeper (Anita), Connie Banuelos (Antonio), Dawn Barvels (Gene) and Gail Rocholl (Allen); and his sister-in-law Cheri Hoeper. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
