He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry Brown and Viola Brown (Young); his siblings, Milton, Perry "Lynn", Jean, Betty and Diana; his parents-in-law, Richard and Delilah Norman; and his siblings-in-law, Virginia Brown, LeRoy Samuelson, Karen Brown, Owen Runningen, Vic Fuller, Danny Rocholl and Zack Ringquist.
He is survived by: his wife Lisa Brown of Dalton; his children, Melissa Engfer (Robert) of Osakis, Hannah Anderson (Tony) of Ashby and David Brown of Fergus Falls; his grandchildren, Emma Tschida (Trent), Nathan Kulzer, Lucas, Evelyn Anderson, Whitney Miller (Derek), Allyssa Lashinski (Bryan) and Ryan Engfer (Amy); his great grandchildren, Wrenley Tschida, Grayson and McCoy Miller; and his siblings, Arlene Hanson (Otto), Dennis Brown, Barb Anderson and Beatrice Runningen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to The Huntington's Disease Society of America.
