He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Cushman and Henrietta Cushman (Severins); his brothers, Dale Cushman and Dilles Lee; and his brother-in-law Earl McLeland.
He is survived by: his children, Terry, Kim Cushman, Tristan, Jaclyn of Dakota, MN, Connie, Drew Gronholz, Haley, Emily of Holmen, WI, Wendy, Bryan Kumpf, Ethan, Evan, Gavin, Elizabeth of Caledonia, MN, Aaron, Rachel Erdmann, Caleb, Ava, Noah of Holmen, WI, Anna, Chad Salonek, Alana and Brooks of New London, MN; his sisters, Bea Anderson (Arland) of Dresser, WI and Judith Goss (Gale) of Mondovi, WI; and his sister-in-law Beverly Cushman of Eyota, MN. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
