He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Rupp and Luella Rupp (Larson); and his sisters-in-law, Linda Rupp and Laurel Iverson. He is survived by: his wife Diane; his children, Christine Eckhoff (Kevin), Scott Rupp (Katie Klein) and Gregory Rupp; his grandchildren, Elliot Eckhoff (Hannah), Logan Eckhoff and Samantha Bartsch; and his siblings, Darrel Rupp (Diane), Patricia Solum (Alan), Priscilla Borman (Jerry), Phyliss Spahn (Bob), Douglas Rupp (Char), Danny Rupp (Bonnie Martin) and Peggy Bayer (Bruce).
