It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Allen Mithun (Cyrus, Minnesota), who passed away on May 7, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Mithun and Gertrude Mithun (Sanvig); and his siblings, Ernest Mithun and Lila Mullins. He is survived by: his wife DiAnn Mithun of Cyrus, MN; his children, Dean Mithun (Pam) of Morris, MN, Sheila Mithun of Fargo, ND and Sherri Van Binsbergen (Gary); his grandchildren, Zack, Morgan, Jayden Mithun, Blake and Katelynn Okeson; and his siblings, Diane Boettcher (David) of Morris, MN and Michael Mithun (Laura) of Cyrus, MN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In Lieu of flowers, the family wishes memorials are given in Allen's name to the Knute Nelson Hospice.
