She was predeceased by: her mother Bonnie Lembke. She is survived by: her father Dennis Lembke; her siblings, Myles Lembke (Amanda), Brooke Raaum (Dustin) and Crystal Gerszewski (Paul); her nieces and nephews, Corynne, Jordyn, Mycah, Acaycia, Edyn, Shyloh, Hailey, Carsen and Jaylee; and her pet Killer.
