He was predeceased by: his parents, George Nelson and Emma Nelson (Schwanke); his wife Colleen Nygaard of Cushing, MN.; his daughter Sandra Hall; his great grandchild Kellan Eich; and his siblings, Evelyn, Vernon, Kenneth, George, Norma, Clem and Dennis.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sandi, Renee Eich (Rick) of St. Cloud and Rhonda Jones (Doug); his son-in-law Michael Hall of Cloquet; his grandchildren, Erica Danielski (Aaron), Ashley Hayman (Ricky), Greg Eich (Nicole), Melissa Reuter (Josh), Paul Eich (Laura), Trevor Jones (Carrie) and Ross Jones (Erin); his great grandchildren, Colton, Grant Danielski, Maren, Braden Eich, Dylan, Owen, Brady Reuter, Leo, Lachlan Eich, Victoria, Anastasia Jones, Abigail and Ruby Jones; and his godson Mark Dols.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
