He is survived by: his wife Lynne Shoquist; his daughters, Teresa Marie Johnson and Teresa Holmdahl (David) of Cushing; his brother Richard Johnson (Donna) of Cushing; his grandchildren, Justin and Allie Holmdahl; his nephews, Ricky Johnson (Pam), Curtis Johnson (Nancy) and Chris Johnson (Clarissa); his niece Debbie Adams (Wes); his mother-in-law Bonnie Shoquist of Siren; his siblings-in-law, Gloria Johnson, Sally Nelson and Rusty; and his granddaughters, Kayce Martinson and Marissa Martinson.
