He was predeceased by: his sisters, Lucille Bruns of St. Peter, MN and Lois Osborn of Madelia, MN; his husband Lorraine Gifferson; his brothers-in-law, Walt Osborn and Dick Bruns; and also Nelder Gifferson.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Marlette of Hayti, SD; and his grandchildren, Dustin Marlette, Amanda Marlette, Shane Specht, Amanda Specht, Miranda Korpela, Marques Korpela, Melissa Johnston and Robert Johnston. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
