He was predeceased by: his parents, Ezra Munholand and Mary Munholand (Logan); his former wife Erna (Klosner); his son James Thomas; and his siblings, Harry, Eugene, Lois Bishop and Martha Qualley.
He is survived by: his brother Eldon "Puz" Munholand of Fifty Lakes, Minnesota; his son Michael Munholand of Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin; his stepson Calvin Johnson; and his wife Margaret Anderson. He is also survived by several grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
