It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patrick Hoag (Crosslake, Minnesota), born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, who passed away on April 17, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Freeman "Dooley" and Kathaleen Hoag (Anderson); his brother Freeman "Corky"; his nephew Chuck Flatz; his niece Katie Hoag; and his great-niece Lauren Ulm.

He is survived by: his former wife Deborah Flatz; his daughters, Angela Knapp (Jayme) of Cold Spring and Nicole Hansel (Brian) of Eagle Bend; his grandchildren, Kailen, Braeden, Ian, Sabina, Miette, Mariana, Judah and Ira; and his siblings, JoAnn Ulm of Minneapolis, Sharon Flatz (Charles) of Pine River, Frank Hoag (Lisa) of Crosslake, Martin Hoag of Crosslake and Sadie Hoag of Crosslake. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.

In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to the Crosslake American Legion: Wounded Warrior.
