Norman Nelson Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norman Nelson of Crosslake, Minnesota, born in Saint Paul, Minnesota, who passed away on August 13, 2020 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, J. Norman Nelson and Esther Nelson (Scheuerman); his wife Doris Riedel; his children, John (Debra) of Chaska and Nancy Parris (Peter) of Waconia; his grandchildren, Geri Shetka (Dan) of New Prague, Matthew Parris (Amanda) of Eden Prairie, Nicholas Parris of Cologne and Kathleen Angell (Adam) of Omaha, NE; his brother Gordon Nelson (Joie) of Pine City; and his brother-in-law Wallace Riedel (Lillian) of Hudson, WI. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to the Masonic Cancer Center.
