He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Amsden and Neola Amsden (Schunk); his brothers, Kenneth and Gary Amsden; and his nephew Derek Haseleu.
He is survived by: his children, Jason Amsden (Cassandra), Christine Kozelka and Stacy Rotty (David); his grandchildren, Axle Amsden, Avery Amsden and Tucker Boeding; and his sister Rose Haseleu (Randy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
