She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Smisek and Arlene Smisek; and her husband Michael "Butch" Brezinsky. She is survived by: her children, Melanie Reed (Jamie) and Mike Brezinsky (Kati-Lyn); her siblings, Bob Smisek, Connie Clark and RonaLee Chavie; and her grandchildren, Mariah Reed, Sage Brezinsky and Jaeger Reed. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
