He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Kack and Joyce Kack Severson (Landgraf); his wife Pauline Semler; and his sister Marjorie Larson. He is survived by: his former spouse Lao Mohn; his children, Jeff Kack (Louise) of Appleton, MN, Denise Stromme (Wayne) of Fargo, ND and Pam Schlueter (Dan) of Goodyear, AZ; and his sisters, Phyllis Daley of Kansas and Mary Severson-Tris of Michigan. He is also survived by five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
