He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence "Skip" Lind and Marie Lind (Eastham); his daughter Jennifer Lee; and his stepson Joshua Kalvser. He is survived by: his wife Rene Rude; his daughter Amy Eberly (Joseph) of Brainerd; his stepson Jack Kalvser of Portland, OR; his sisters, Jan Doonan (Al) of Deerwood and Eileen Root of Deerwood; his grandchildren, Trinity, Madalyn, Gibson, Marley, Kody and Brogan; and his great grandchild Adeline.

If desired memorials are preferred in lieu of flowers.
