It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Marie Friesner of Crosby, Minnesota, born in Bingham, Illinois, who passed away on September 13, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence S. Hoffman and Evalyn L. Hoffman (Sanders); her daughter Diana Lynn Corkoran; her son-in-law Harold; her in-laws, Ward Friesner and Catherine; her brother Dr. Alan Hoffman; and her brothers-in-law, Jim McLaughlin and Lee Dexheimer.
She is survived by: her husband Bill Friesner of Crosby, MN; her son Darryl Lee Friesner (Kathy Schneider) of Fifty Lakes, MN; her grandchildren, Joshua Friesner, Shawna, Jonathan Friesner, Kate, Wesley Friesner, Judith, Nathan Friesner, Melissa, Abbie Golab and Steven; her great grandchildren, Preston, Carter, Autumn, Reggie, Summer, Mariya, Micah, Natalie, Tucker, Thea, Nora, Graham and Asher; and her sisters, Carolyn McLaughlin, Judy Hunt (Fred) and Denise Dexheimer.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 20th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bethel Baptist Church (182 IL-185, Vandalia, IL 62471). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
