He was predeceased by: his parents, John Pettersen and Mary Pettersen. He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Hagen; his son Charles Pettersen (Connie) of Aitkin, MN; his granddaughters, Karin Jordahl (Grant) of Eagan, MN and Katie Pettersen; and his great grandchildren, Autumn and Violet Jordahl. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
